Solution 1: Give a New Name to .ND and .TLG Files
.ND and .TLG files are the components of QuickBooks files. These configuration files provide access to open your data file over a network or workstations. If these file components get damaged, access to the company file can get interrupted. Let’s fix this issue by renaming these files:
- Open File Explorer and follow the path C:Program FilesIntuitQuickBooks.
- From the list of QB files, find the data file with .ND and .TLG extension. These files will be found as company_file.qbw.nd and company_file.qbw.tlg.

- Add OLD to the file names list as company_file.qbw.nd.old.
- Close all the open windows and restart the QuickBooks Desktop.
